Zhyvar Smart designs, installs, programs and supports smart building systems: lighting, climate, security, audio and the network beneath them. We began with Control4 about fifteen years ago; today our head office is in Tehran, with representatives in seven cities.

Our work is to make a building’s technology something its owners never have to think about. We join a project at drawing stage, plan and label every route before the walls close, build boards and racks to be serviced, program the house around the people who live in it, and stay on for long-term, remotely monitored support. The systems we represent and install are Control4, Savant, ABB, Berker and Ekinex.
